How to Reset Penta TPad IS701 R

Actually I was having Penta TPad IS701R and It was restarting. So I tried to contact costumer care of Pental Technologies but as always it was busy then i thought that i should reset my Penta TPad but when i used the back button for reset system got off but it was not resetting.

I tried to find out solution over search engines but i didn't find any relevant page that relates to resetting the Penta Tpad but one day i solved the issue by resetting the Tpad.

So I am going to tell you that how can you reset your Penta TPad IS701R.

1. There three buttons at front in Penta TPad as below
2. Press these three buttons together and then try to start Tpad by using Power Button. Once you done it It will ask you to press the button Press the top most button (Which is going to be used for back). and then it will show that your Penta TPad is resetting.

Use these steps and your Penta TPad will be reset and hope that all the problem will be automatically fixed.

      Hello Sir I have a problem with BSNL penta tab s701R I use the method for reset as u advise.1. it is asking me “No recovery image is found try to recover from SD”please help regarding this issue

    Dear It should get factory reset and now it should automatically start up the Penta. If it's not then may be your recovery image is corrupted any ways try another time to apply factory reset for that When you press Three keys simultaneously then press the upper key which is used for go back. It will show that reading data from recovery image and hope it will be solved if not do let me know i will try to get another solution for this

    This is working. The tablet installed the factory image but the touch response problem is still there. Any tips for that?

      You Need to Format and Re Install the OS to do so check our other post to install OS

      I recieved Penta 701R with out OS intalled on it. I got success in installing the OS after downloading the drivers from the Pental Website. Tab is working nicely but if I restart/switch on by leaving the memory card in the memory card slot it is booting from SD Card and giving message of "Update Package is Demaged" "Press the Power Key for 7sec and Reboot". Resetting button is not working pressing resetting hole with pin the tab is switching off. The method of resetting (Pressing of Three button togther) as prescribed by you is not working.
      Please updat me with a solution.
